Quotient is recruiting for a Team Leader, Quality Operations (CH) to join the Quality Operations Team based in Eysins. The role is a full-time and permanent position.


The Team Leader, Quality Operations (CH) will be responsible for the control and co-ordination of activities for raw materials, intermediate and final products in accordance with operational objectives, statutory and regulatory requirements and the principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). 



  • Manage group performance against metrics agreed by both business and customer;
  • Identify and drive improvement projects within the team;
  • Supervise and coordinate the Team’s daily activities;
  • Manage daily Planning and Operational Meetings;
  • Coordinate training and development of team members within a learning environment;
  • Make decisions and solve problems in accordance with established procedures, policies and precedent (data trending);
  • Manage initial reporting and handle Non-Conformances arising from group activities;
  • Participate in review, interpretation, approval and reporting of data trends originating from group operations.



  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, plus relevant work experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in a GMP environment;
  • Basic understanding of blood transfusion medicine and QMS standards / regulations;
  • Expertise with specialised and core IT packages (i.e. QPulse, ERP, LIMS and MS Office);
  • Strong inter-personal skills evidenced by ability to collaborate to achieve common goals;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Problem solver based on application of both knowledge and experience;
  • Self-motivated, displaying a positive "can-do" attitude;
  • Fluent in English.
