Quotient is recruiting for a Master Data Coordinator to join the Planning & Material Management team based in Eysins. The role is a full-time and permanent position.


The Planning & Material Management team is responsible for translating the demand for products into a manufacturing resource plan (MRP) for the business and our factories. In addition, the team will coordinate all inbound logistics from suppliers, warehousing of raw material, and outbound logistics to customers including the use of third-party logistics suppliers (3PL) as appropriate. The department communicates and collaborates with other supply chain management functions to understand existing resources (people, inventories, and equipment), creates, and manages an MRP plan highlighting potential resource constraints, and ensure that raw materials and finished goods are in the right place at the right time to ensure Quotient can deliver product on time to our customers.



     Responsible to manage the overall daily Master Data Operation's activities.

  • Ensure content and process compliance with internal procedures and system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain all documents & templates to gather required parameters/data to enable ERP Master data entry
  • Set up effective governance standards and a KPI framework to monitor data quality
  • Contribute actively to Master Data projects
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure all master data needs and requirements are met



  • CFC in administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Department or in an industrial environment within GMP environment (Pharma, Medical Device), and in Master Data Management
  • Excellent knowledge MS Pack Office (Advanced Excel), QMS and ERP systems
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Structured, organized, rigorous and quality driven
  • Excellent presentation and report writing skills
  • Ability to demonstrate pro-activity, flexibility, and reliability
  • Fluent in French & English
